Ainur is actively promoting a healthy lifestyle through her businesses, and her passion for yoga, philosophy of yoga, psychology, followed by its study at Harvard Extension School and coaching at Erickson International Institute strengthened Ainura`s love for awareness practices, proper planning and goal setting.
